Festivals Jerk Chicken Grill is set to open in early 2017 at 925 Garrett St. in Atlanta, What Now Atlanta reports.

Owner Winston Ferguson said the fast-casual Jamaican concept will be the first of 12 planned locations in metro Atlanta. He likened Festivals — named for the traditional Jamaican fried fritter similar to cornbread that will be served with every meal — to Moe’s or Pollo Tropical in its potential reach.
The menu on the restaurant’s website features dishes including jerk chicken, pork and fish; jerk wings; hoagies and flatbreads; tacos and quesadillas; salads; and a variety of side dishes including fried cassava and steamed vegetables. The restaurant is also set to serve beer and wine, as well as desserts.
